New Building

For classification of a new ship to be constructed, the New Building Ship Classification Request Form should be completed and submitted to TÜRK LOYDU. For amendments or additions to the existing application, Additional Request Form should be completed and submitted.
The classification offer by TÜRK LOYDU considering the type, tonnage, size and specifications of the ship to be constructed shall be first confirmed in writing, then, the contract is executed and process begins.
Construction of the ship should be carried out according to the drawings approved by TÜRK LOYDU under control of TÜRK LOYDU; the materials, machinery and equipment should be certified by TÜRK LOYDU and the welders working in the ship construction should hold TÜRK LOYDU Welder Certificate.
