Under the classification agreement of the Pakistan MİLGEM Corvette Project signed between ASFAT Inc. and Türk Loydu, the first ship of the project, BABUR (F-280), which was constructed under the supervision of Türk Loydu at Istanbul Naval Shipyard Command, was delivered to the Pakistan Navy on September 23, 2023, in a ceremony held at Istanbul Naval Shipyard Command.

Designed to stay at sea for 15 days without resupply, the ship has a total length of 108.2 meters and a maximum width of 14.8 meters. It has the capability to reach a speed of 29 knots with two diesel engines and one gas turbine.
